Edit Transition-Curve

Use the Part-Editor, to open the Transition-Curve dialog

1.Edit the Part that includes the Transition-Curve

2.Click a Transition-Curve element (the curve or the Line at its 'center') in the graphics-area

In the Selection-Window:

3.Right-click the Transition-Curve

4.Click Edit element. in the shortcut menu

Curvature

❑Show Curvature Curve on Transition

Enable to show the Curvature as a curve that is offset from the Transition-Curve sketch-element.

We do not show the actual curvature value.

Messages:

•This Transition-Curve has valid geometry

The Curve always has valid geometry.

Number of Teeth in adjacent sprocket (#)

2 - Mirror Transiiton-Curve

❑Mirror Points

Enable to mirror the Transition Curve to the other side of the Line that you drag when you do Add Transition-Curve.

For example, in the image:

Curve is the Transition-Curve that is a mirror of Transition-Curve

MD-GA-TRANSITION-CURVE-DESIGN-ANGLE

Read-Only - Design-Angle

The angle between:

- a line perpendicular to the line you add when you do Add Transition-Curve

- a line from the center-point of the Transition-Curve to the end-Point of the Transition-Curve.
