A DXF-Element is an element that you add to the Assembly-Tree when you do File menu > Open > File of type : DXF
One DXF element in the Assembly-Tree is a container for one DXF-Drawing.
You can edit the DXF-Element in the Assembly-Tree to:
•Link the DXF-Element to a different DXF-Drawing.
•Apply different Linear Units to the DXF-Drawing.
Note:
To display a DXF-Drawing in the graphics-area, you must edit a CAD-Line, and select the DXF-Element in the CAD-Line dialog > DXF tab.
